Ordering a Portrait

Step 1: Once you know the size you’d like send an email to tyrawilloughby@ymail.com with a clear photo of the pet and the following information filled out

  • Size (head, bust, fullbody, etc.)
  • Number of figures
  • Name of subject(s)
  • Address to send painting
  • Wire for hanging
  • Shipping preference if not regular
  • Preferred finish by date
  • Contact details/ best way to contact you
  • Message to include with portrait if this is a gift (i.e. To John Doe From: Jane Smith)

Step 2: After providing the above information I will send an invoice.  A 50% deposit is required prior to me starting work on your portrait

Step 3: Once payment is received, I’ll start working on your portrait.  I’ll send photos after the sketch phase and the underpainting phase.  One free revision is permitted after each phase, every revision after this will incur an additional $20 charge due with the final payment.

*If you don’t want to send photo and/or payment online still send me the details above via email, just let me know that you will be mailing a photo and/or payment through mail and I’ll provide my PO box.

 

Step 4: Once you confirm all is well with the final painting, I will email the final invoice.  Once payment is received I’ll ship the painting to address above and send you tracking information.

Step 5: Unpack and enjoy a custom oil painting of your pet!  Feel free to share photos on social media.  Don’t forget to leave a 5 star review on Facebook!
