I was happy with this until I used a gray pen for the barbell and then tried to layer a black Prismacolor marker over it for a pretty watercolor look. I’m posting this to remind myself never to do this again. I do like the anatomy and the parts I colored that aren’t punch-you-in-the-face black.

Inktober Continues
Fashion Plate
I wanted to do something based off of late Victorian style. It would be great if authentic 1850-1890s fashion would come back in style for the mainstream; complicated undergarments and all.
Inktoberfest
I found out about Inktober almost halfway through. Shame on me.
Inktober is an initiative set up by artist Jake Parker in 2009 to improve his own drawing skills which has grown into an international phenomena or artists posting cool things and sharing it on various social media outlets. During the month of October, participants are supposed to make a pen and ink drawing every day. Here is my contribution so far.
